Ordered clothes online and they were terrible quality

I bought clothing online from this seller and when it arrived the quality was really bad. Not what I expected at all from the pictures.

I tried to return it but their return policy turned out to be bogus. They basically made it impossible to get my money back. I lost $75 on this.

I am in NY and this whole thing has just been a waste of time and money.

Ad for eight blouses but nothing ever showed up

I saw this ad for 8 blouses for like $5 each which seemed like a good deal so I ordered them. My card got charged on 8-01-2026 for $42.97.

That was a while ago and I still haven't gotten anything in the mail. No tracking number, no email saying it shipped, nothing. I just want my money back or the blouses. I don't know who to even contact about it.

Shirt sizing was wrong and they won’t take a return

I bought a shirt from them and the sizing was way off. I tried to return it but they said no. They offered me 10gbp instead which doesn’t even cover what I paid. I lost about 45 dollars on this.

I just wanted a shirt that fit. Now I’m stuck with it. They won’t do anything else.
