Offered a credit card that never showed up and they kept my money

I saw an offer for a credit card online and signed up for it. They said it was going to come in the mail but it never did. I waited a while and nothing showed up.

So I called to cancel the service and asked for a refund. They said okay but I never got my money back. I lost $95.00 on this. The address they had was in Oklahoma, USA but I don't even know the real company name. Just feels like a total waste.
