Ordered one thing but they kept taking money out of my account

I ordered a product from this place in Newell, OK. I thought it was a one time deal, like you pay once and you get the item. But they just kept taking money out of my account. I didn't sign up for anything else.

I lost about $490 total before I noticed. I had to cancel my card and get a new one just to make it stop. No company name on anything I can see, just that address.
