Bought a dog toy and now they charge me every month

I ordered a dog toy for 15 dollars. It was just a one time purchase, no subscription or anything like that. Then they started charging me 56 dollars every month. It happened three months in a row and it’s still going.

I tried to figure out who was doing it but the only address I have is in Vancouver, BC, Canada. No company name on anything. Just lost 150 dollars so far and I can’t get it to stop.
