Emailed about ordering four pairs when I only bought one

I ordered one pair of something and then got an email saying I ordered four. That didn't make any sense to me. I messaged them right away and they said when I get the order, they can refund me.

So I waited, got the package, and emailed them again. This time they said since they don't offer the product anymore, they can only give me a 30% off coupon. I lost $175 over this. They never mentioned a company name on anything. Just a CA, USA address.

Ordered a handmade leather wallet over a month ago still nothing

I ordered a supposed handmade leather wallet about a month ago. It was supposed to be handmade, that's why I went for it.

Now I've got nothing but fake assurances. They keep telling me it's on the way or delayed or whatever. No tracking number that works. No wallet. Just excuses.

I don't even have a company name to look up. Just some address in MT, USA. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.
