Towed my car from Kent to Fife and tried to keep it after charging $800
There is no way that tow cost $800 from Kent to Fife at 12:00 in the afternoon. He was talking about it took 2 hours to drive but we were in the car no more than 45 minutes. I paid him the money and he still would not give me my car back.
