Someone used my Medicare plan to bill for supplies I never got
Luckily my insurance company refused to pay them, but I'm really worried now because they have all my information. I don't know what else they could do with it.
Also my secondary insurance is Medicaid and somebody suddenly reported that I moved out of state. I'm fighting that right now to get my Medicaid back. I don't know if it's connected or just bad timing. But my identity is clearly stolen and I'm starting to have all kinds of problems pop up.
I guess just be careful that these companies can try to steal from your Medicare plan. Read your claims. I'm going to try to figure out what I need to do to get my identity back and keep it safe.
