Confusing letter about a warranty with a wrong address

I got this letter in the mail and it was really confusing. It didn't say what company it was from exactly, just had a phone number (866) 301-2738 to call. The address on the letter was 7956 Vaughn Rd #380 in Montgomery, AL 36116.

So I looked up that address online and it doesn't match anything real. The letter was just confusing about what they wanted or how they got my info. I didn't lose any money or anything but it felt off.
