Call saying they needed to verify me about legal documents

Somebody called me the other day saying they needed to verify me. Something about legal documents. They didn't say what company they were from or anything. Just wanted me to confirm my info.

I didn't give them anything. It felt weird. No company name, no paperwork, nothing. Just a random call out of nowhere. I hung up.

Robot calls saying I owe more money to the government

I keep getting these calls from a female robot voice. They say I still owe money to the government after taxes. The robot says they can help reduce or eliminate my remaining balance.

There's no company name. They just call from a number with an Oakland, CA area code. I haven't lost any money but it's getting annoying. They call multiple times. I don't know who they really are or what they want.
