Voicemail about documents for my boyfriend with two phone numbers
She said something about an order for service for documents up to my boyfriend's name. Then she gave a phone number 517741517741 which doesn't even look right, and then said to call 877-819-2204 to reschedule or know more about the files. She said documents are being prepared for delivery and I need to be available to sign. But no reference number or case number was given.
The two phone numbers don't match each other and there's no business name at all. She just said "you have been notified" at the end. It feels off. I didn't call back and no money was lost but this is weird.
Charged for a phone I never got and no refund
