Kept calling me for a roof estimate after I asked them to stop

I keep getting harassing phone calls from some company wanting to come to my house for a roof estimate. I’ve asked them before to put me on their do not call list. This time, the caller called me an [censored] and said I needed to be educated on what soliciting means. He told me he has every right to call my number. He just kept talking over me and asking questions about my house, even after I said several times I’m not interested. It’s really frustrating. The number that called was (732) 601-2155 and they said they’re from Eatontown, NJ.
