Someone keeps calling me by name and hanging up

I keep getting these calls from a scam artist. The number is (410) 520-3340 and it says they're from Maryland.

They call me and actually use my name, which is really creepy. Then they just hang up right away. They run a lot of plays on the phone, it's constant. It happens all the time and it's just annoying. I never lost any money but it's still a phishing scam and it needs to stop.
