Package with just a plastic paper and UPS label inside

I got this small plastic bag in my mailbox. When I opened it there was nothing inside except another piece of plastic paper that had a ups label on it. That was it. No product no nothing. The address on it says 70 e hawthorne ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. I didn’t order anything from there so I don’t know what this is about. Feels like some kind of online purchase scam or something. I didn’t lose any money that I know of but it’s just weird getting empty mail like that.
