Offered a job then a bad check left me owing money

I was approached about some work and she offered advanced payment. It was more than we talked about so she asked for some back. I sent it. Then a week later the check cashing place called me saying the check was returned and I owe the money.

She also put another business in my name to get phones. Stole phones right out of my vehicle. Now I owe money to two phone companies and to the check cashing place. Lost about 4000 dollars total.
