Bank stopped a charge I never made on my debit card

Someone tried to use my debit card for something I didn't authorize. My bank caught it and stopped the transaction before it went through. I didn't give anyone permission to do that.

Now my debit card is frozen and I have to go to the bank to get a new one. No idea who did it or how they got my info. The address they had was in Ohio somewhere but that's all I know.
