They told me to withdraw cash because of counterfeit bills at my bank

I got a call from someone saying there were counterfeit bills being passed at my bank and it was an inside job. They told me I had to withdraw the cash from my bank and deposit it at a Chase ATM. They gave me a card on my iPhone wallet to use.

I ended up losing $8,600. I just did what they said because they sounded official and I was scared. I didn't even get a company name from them. The address they gave was in CA, USA but I don't know who they really were.
