Ordered a hanging flower basket and got two cheap stems instead

I ordered a faux flowers hanging basket online. It was supposed to be a nice full arrangement. What showed up was just two stems. Like, the kind you could buy at any other store for maybe a dollar.

I paid $40.97 for this. They took my money and sent me something worth maybe a buck. The address they gave is in Washington state, USA. I don't even know the real company name. There was no phone number or website on the package.

It just felt like a total ripoff. I never got what I ordered and they won't answer me.
