Bubble envelope with a button and a thank you note

I got a bubble envelope in the mail from an address in Los Angeles, 1228 San Pedro. Opened it up and there was just a thank you note inside and a button. That’s it. No product, no explanation. I didn’t order anything from them. It’s clearly some kind of online purchase scam. Didn’t lose any money but it’s just weird and a waste of time. No company name on anything.
