Cardboard in a package from Valley Stream, NY

I got a package in the mail, it was really light, like .2oz I think. Opened it up and there was just a piece of cardboard inside. No note, no product, nothing. The return address says 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. I didn't order anything from them, so I don't know what this is about. It felt strange, like a scam or something. I didn't lose any money, but still, why send a piece of cardboard? No company name on it.

Got a package I never ordered with no company name on it

I got a package in the mail from some address in Valley Stream, NY. It was a centella asiatica bubble facial mask. I didn't order anything like that and I don't even know who this person is.

No return company name or anything. Just the address 70 E Hawthorne ave. I have no idea how they got my mailing address. I didn't lose any money but it feels weird getting stuff I didn't ask for.

Got a tiny package with hair ties I never ordered

I got this small lightweight package in the mail, like 2 ounces, through USPS. Opened it up and there were two stretchy hair tie things inside. Nothing I ordered at all.

Looked into it a bit and found out this is a known scam people are talking about. So just reporting what happened. This was back in April 2026. The return address says 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. No company name on it or anything.
