Packages I didn’t order showing up from the same address

My husband got three packages in the mail that he never ordered. They all had these little lightweight things inside, like tiny items that don’t make sense. We didn’t order any of them.

Then a week later, two more packages showed up from the same sender. Same kind of stuff inside. All of them came through USPS. The return address is 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. No company name on anything. We didn’t lose any money yet but it feels strange.
