Got a package from that address and it was completely empty

I ordered something online and then I got a package from 70E Hawthorne ave in Valley Stream NY 11580. When I opened it up there was nothing inside. The box was just empty.

I don't know what happened. I didn't lose any money but still it's weird. The package came and I thought okay here it is but no. Just an empty box. No idea who sent it or why. Never got any reply when I tried to ask about it.
