Package with stuffed bunnies showed up for my kids

I got a package delivered to my house addressed to both of my kids. Inside there was two stuffed bunnies, one pink and one blue, plus a carrying case for them. Neither of my children ordered this or wanted it.

There was no company name on the package or inside it. Just the return address in Lutherville Timonium, MD. I looked up the address and it seems like a regular house. This feels like some kind of phishing thing or a scam to get me to call someone or go to a website. I didn't lose any money but it's weird and a little creepy.
