Random package with hair ties I never ordered

I got a package in the mail and when I opened it there was two seamless hair ties inside. I have no idea who sent it or why. The return address says 70 E Hawthorne Avenue, Valley Stream, NY 11580.

I didn't order anything like that. Never heard of this person or company before. No name on the package that I recognize. It just showed up. I didn't lose any money over it but it's weird getting stuff you didn't ask for from a place you never heard of.
