Showerhead had a pinhole and now they keep trying to charge me again

I bought a showerhead online that was advertised at $39.99. When I got it there was a pinhole in the handle and water was spraying out. I tried to fix it myself but could not.

I reached out to the company by email and the email bounced back saying undeliverable. No phone number to call. On top of that they keep trying to take duplicate payments from my account. I had to block them on my Cash app card.
