Parking app charge turned into computer malware I never bought

I got a text about a parking charge from some app I never used. It looked like it was from a municipal parking thing, said I owed for a space. I never paid anything or got credited for parking.

Later that same day I see an unauthorized charge on my card for $26. For computer malware. Something I definitely did not buy. I don’t even know how they got my info from that parking message. No company name on anything, no way to call back. Just a charge out of nowhere.
