Got charged twice for a subscription I didn't want

I ordered something online on February 13th. It turns out you get signed up for a subscription without knowing it, so a month later they took another $34.99 from my account. It's really hard to cancel. You just get stuck.

They got me twice for $34.99 and I never got any product. I tried emailing them but that's an even bigger waste of time. I've basically given up on getting my money back. It was $70 total.
