Got a weird text from someone claiming to know me

I got a text from a person saying they had met me before. The number was (705) 709-2041. I told them I didn't know who they were. They just kept texting me anyway, even started sharing their personal information. It felt really off. I had to report the number to my phone company. The whole thing was just strange and unwanted.

Got a text wanting all my loan and mortgage details

I got this text message out of nowhere. It was from 1(833) 408-1566. They said they were from Jacksonville, FL 32245.

They wanted all my information. About my personal loan and the mortgage I just got. They were trying to get me to use their service to "protect" my mortgage by opening another account with them. It felt really off. I just got this mortgage, and now this random text is asking for all the details? It didn't make any sense to me. I didn't give them anything.
