Ordered one set got double charged and wrong items

I ordered 1 set of 3 pairs of something from this place in Plattsburgh. They sent me 6 pairs instead, which is double the order. But they charged me two different prices for them. The items I got weren't what was advertised either. They say they do refunds but I've been trying to send stuff back and nobody is answering my return requests. Lost about 291 dollars on this.
