Endless calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting calls every single day about some loan I never asked for. They say my application is on their desk and that I'm approved for a huge amount, like forty to seventy thousand dollars, and then they tell me what my monthly payment would be.

I've tried everything. I pressed 9 to opt out. I pressed 1 to talk to someone and told them to put me on their do not call list. It doesn't matter. They just call from a different number, from a different state. I've blocked maybe fifty numbers by now, and they always have another one.

If I don't pick up, they fill my voicemail with messages. I'm getting these calls constantly and I can't make it stop.
