Paid for an item from Upperimost and never received it

I ordered an item and paid for it on November 14th, 2025, from Upperimost. I even bought the shipping insurance just in case. I never got what I paid for.

I contacted them multiple times about it. Every time, they just blamed the shipping company. All they would tell me is that it was in the shipping process. They said they were "sorry," but that it was all in the shipper's hands. They didn't give me a refund.

Then on January 8th, they told me they were resending the order. But they couldn't even give me a new tracking number for that. I'm out over $62 and have nothing to show for it.
