Got two small envelopes with reorder film from a U-Haul driver

I received at home in SC two small envelopes with UPS reorder film delivered via Fed Ex driver in a U-Haul. The scammer’s phone is (929) 436-4790 and their address is 316 Montgomery Way, Hamilton, NJ 08691, USA. I didn’t order anything. The whole thing just showed up. The driver was in a U-Haul truck which felt off. I didn’t lose any money but I don’t know why they sent that. No one explained anything. I never got a call or email about it before. Just the packages.
