Ordered a dress from Urban Hollis and got fake tracking

I ordered a dress from Urban Hollis and never got my package. The tracking number they gave me seems fake. It's been moving away from where I live and just sitting at a distribution center for days now.

When I emailed them about it they replied calling me Jim. I am not Jim. I am a female. I asked for a refund about three times and each time I get the same message back like it's a bot or something. I lost $58.74 on this. Buyer beware. Do not order from Urban Hollis.
