Sent my return back and still no refund from Urban Hollis
They got my return back in like 2 days, I know because I tracked it. But they still refuse to give me my money back. I'm out $180 and they just won't do anything about it. Their website is urbanhollis.com and their address is on the return label from Staten Island. I've emailed them at [email protected] too and nothing.
Ordered a dress from a US site but got a Chinese tracking number
A week later I got a tracking number from a Chinese shipper. That's when I figured out the website was fake. I kept watching the tracking and it just bounced around my area. One minute it said it was at my local post office, then an hour later it showed up in a different state.
About a month after I ordered I got a notification saying it was delivered. It wasn't. Now the tracking says it's been sitting in Illinois since July 5th. They took $59.99 and I got nothing.

When I emailed them about it they replied calling me Jim. I am not Jim. I am a female. I asked for a refund about three times and each time I get the same message back like it's a bot or something. I lost $58.74 on this. Buyer beware. Do not order from Urban Hollis.
