Ordered a dress, never got it and no one will reply

I bought a dress from Urlishop. It's been about three weeks and I haven't gotten any tracking info or any kind of message from them at all. I sent an email because that's the only way to contact them, and I never got a reply.

I paid through PayPal, so I contacted them about it. I waited to see if the company would finally answer, but they never did. So I had to escalate the dispute with PayPal and I also contacted my bank about the charge.

I never got the dress. I never got any communication. I'm out the money.
