Got a fake vehicle warranty postcard in the mail

I got this yellow postcard in the mail that looks just like a DMV registration reminder. It says "MOTOR VEHICLE NOTIFICATION" and tells me to call 1-888-535-0247 right away to confirm my vehicle is covered. It claims if I don't activate the coverage, I'll be financially liable for all repairs after my warranty expires. The notification date is March 2, 2026, and it says it expires March 23, 2026.

The whole thing felt off. It's a phishing scam trying to get me to call. The small print on the back says "us automotive protection services." I never signed up for anything with them. I just threw it out, but it's annoying to get this fake official mail trying to scare people.
