Phone call about a loan I never applied for

I got a call from someone named Susan Mitchell saying she was from US Loan Benefits underwriting department. It was Friday May 22nd and she said they reevaluated a loan inquiry linked to some numbers, not my info. She said I could be eligible for up to $62,000 now even if I was declined before or have bad credit.

They wanted me to call back at 833-908-8616 to talk to underwriting. She said it was time sensitive and to call today. I never applied for any loan with these people. I don't know where they got my number. This feels like one of those advance fee loan scams where they ask for money first. I didn't lose any money but I'm tired of these calls.
