Phone call about a loan I never applied for

I got a call from someone named Susan Mitchell saying she was from the underwriting department at US Loan Benefits. She said I had a loan inquiry linked to some phone number I don't even recognize and that I might be eligible for up to $62,000. Even said if I was previously declined or had bad credit I could still get it.

I never applied for any loan. I don't know what this is about. She told me to call back at 833-908-8616 but it felt really off. The whole thing sounded like a pitch to get me to call some number. I didn't lose any money but I'm tired of getting calls like this.
