Got a call about a loan inquiry I never made

I got a call about a recent loan inquiry. I haven't done any loan inquiry for years. They left a voicemail. It was from someone named Stephanie Howard, said she was with the underwriting department at US Loans. She said they reevaluated my previous request for up to $58,000 and to call back at 707-607-0819. I never requested that. The whole thing felt off.
