Paid for a marriage certificate and got charged every month since

My wife and I needed an official copy of our marriage certificate. We never got the license. They charged us $94.99 at first which I thought was high but okay.

Then they kept charging us every month after that. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charges. The company was unreachable. No one answered the phone or replied to anything. Total money lost was $134.
