Passport renewal site took my money and asked for more
Then after I submitted it they sent me another link asking for more money. That’s when I knew something was off. I already paid them $103.00. Their email is [email protected] and they have a PO Box in Philadelphia.
I called my bank right away to try and stop the charge. I don’t know if they got my social security number too which is what really worries me.
Site pretending to be a passport service just gave me a PDF
All they did was send me a PDF of the form I already filled out and some instructions on how to get a passport myself. That's it. No help with anything. Just a PDF.
Their phone number is (321) 341-6998 and their email is [email protected]. They're supposed to be in Florida. I feel like I just paid for something I could've done for free.
Passport renewal website looked like the official government site
This company just creates a PDF of the FREE document that you must fill out to renew your passport. I called them and they gave me a 75% refund but this is extremely fraudulent. The address on my credit card statement is a personal home address at 259 Fairway Green Drive, O Fallon, MO 63368. When you click on the website it goes straight to the application so it bypasses the times it says it is third party.
People are complaining about these companies on reddit. The woman on the phone clearly had scripts on how to deal with people that felt deceived because this happens so frequently. I lost $141.12.
Applied for passport renewal on a fake website and gave out all my info
They charged my card $110. The website was passport.uspassportandvisa.org and the phone number listed was (321) 221-5210. It was supposed to be for an online purchase.
Now I'm just worried because they have all my personal information. I never should have given it out. The whole thing feels really off.
Charged $130 to fill out a free government passport form
They charged me $130 for it. But the whole thing is just the free government form you're supposed to fill out yourself. They didn't tell me that. They just took my money for doing nothing.
Submitted my daughter's info on a fake passport website

I got the paperwork in the mail, but there was no receipt. The money came out of my card.
But when I went to the post office, they told me what I got should have only cost $8. I paid over a hundred dollars for nothing.
Paid a website to help with a passport and just got a basic form
All they did was send me a digitally filled-out form. That’s it. You can just print that same form for free online yourself. The whole thing made it sound like they would take care of everything for you to get a passport, but they don’t do anything. It’s just a very simple form.
Now I’m unsure what they’re doing with all my personal information. They have addresses, Social Security Number, everything that goes on a passport. It doesn’t feel right.
