Paid a passport renewal fee on a fake government website

I was trying to renew my passport online and got routed to this website, http://passport.uspassportandvisa.org. It looked just like the real government passport renewal site, the format was so similar. But instead of actually submitting an application, it just gave me a PDF to print out. It told me to mail in my old passport and then let me pay the "passport renewal fee."

I paid it, and then the charge showed up on my card statement from Easy Form Fillercom. It was for $130. The whole thing felt off. It wasn't the official site at all.
