Website looked official but just charged me to fill out a form

I was trying to renew my passport and this website was the first one that showed up. It’s passport.uspassportandvisa.org. The .org part and the US in the URL made it seem like it was part of a government agency. The colors and layout and design all looked official too.

I paid them $155.83 thinking I was submitting my passport application. But they just charged me for a service to fill out the form. That’s all they did. I didn’t realize until later it wasn’t the real government site. It’s just confusing and I feel like I got tricked.
