Website pretending to be official government passport site

I went on this website thinking it was the real government site for passports. It looked official enough. I paid $141 for what I thought was my passport application.

Turns out it's not a government site at all. It's some fake company pretending to be them. The email they used was [email protected]. I didn't realize until after I sent the money.

Now I'm out the money and I still don't have my passport. No one answers when I try to get help.

Paid for passport renewal but it was just a form

I was trying to renew my passport online so I did a Google search for passport renewal and clicked on the US Passport and Visa.org website. It looked like an official site to me. I didn't know I was just paying to create forms not actually doing an online renewal. The money came out for 111.12 dollars. I got an email from [email protected] after. Their phone number is (334) 202-8702 and the website is https://usapassportonline.org/us-passport/. Felt off when I realized what happened. No reply when I tried to figure it out.
