Ordered hats from veteran-owned Facebook shop and never got them

I saw US Patriots Crafts on Facebook. It said Veteran Owned so I checked out their website and it looked legit to me. I ordered 2 hats from them.

I used the email [email protected] and got a notice saying it was ready for pickup or delivery. But I never got the package. So I called the number on the site, (434) 373-0249, and it just rings busy every time I try. I spent about 44 dollars and some change on this. Nothing has shown up.
