Creepy package with hair ties sent to my home

The US Postal service delivered this package to my correct name with my correct address. Someone for some reason is sending a valueless package to me that I have no connection to. Inside was not empty like previous report but had two loose black hair ties. Immediately creeped me out. The return address says 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. I didn't order anything. I don't know why this is happening.
