Letter that looked like a government bill for trademark stuff

I got this letter in the mail and it looked just like an official government bill. It had all this legal looking language and made it seem like I had to pay for trademark services. I didn't sign up for anything and I sure didn't intend to buy a service from them.

I ended up sending them $92.58 because I thought it was a real government fee or something. It was misleading. Felt like a deceptive business practice. Just a solicitation dressed up to look official.
