Paid for washer repair but it still doesn't work and now no one answers

I needed my washer fixed fast so I called USA repairs. They said they could send someone out the same day so I went with them. The repairman came out and said he fixed it so I paid him.

Went to use the washer and it wasn't fixed. Called him back and told him it still wasn't working. He came back looked at it and said he needed to order a part. 2 or 3 days later he said he had the part and came back. Said he fixed it again but nope still doesn't work.

I've been calling and texting trying to get him to fix it right. Now there's no response at all. Paid 300 dollars for nothing.
