Ordered something online and it never showed up, now they say it was delivered

I ordered a product from their website usanatureco.com and it never came. I kept emailing them at [email protected] and they kept telling me to be patient, it's on its way. Yesterday they sent me an email saying it was delivered on 6/5/2026 but it was not. I tried the tracking number they gave me and it said it was counterfeit. So I told them again I want my money back, I lost $49.97. They refused and said the product was already delivered. So now I'm out the money and nothing I can do.
