Ordered two pallets but now they want more money for shipping

I bought from https://usapalletliquidators.com/ and spent $1495. I used Zelle because they said it takes $5 off. I bought two pallets on one order because the website says 2 or more gets free shipping.

But I never got a confirmation number. Now they are telling me I need to make another purchase and send more money to get free shipping. That doesn't make sense. I already bought two pallets. I texted with Asaah Jezreel at 9152210809 and also 3613669365 asking them to either split the order into two purchases or just refund me. I even told them I feel like I'm being scammed and they just said no you're not. But they aren't doing anything to fix it.

I emailed [email protected] too and got no reply. Their answers are indirect through text or nothing at all. I just want my order shipped or my money back.
