Thought it was the official passport site but it wasn't

I went online looking for passport stuff and found this site, thought it was the real government page. Paid $168 for the service. Then I realized it wasn't official at all.

They had an address in West Jordan, UT and emails like [email protected] and [email protected]. Just felt wrong after I sent the money. No passport came obviously.

Never heard back from them when I tried to figure out what was going on. Just a total waste.

Paid for passport renewal, only got wrong paperwork

I got a message from USA Passport Online saying they would renew my passport. Their website is passport.usapassportonline.org. They said the fee for renewal was $111.12 and had a bunch of other payment add-ons.

It didn't say anywhere that this was only for the filled-out paperwork. It stated this would renew my passport. All I got was the passport paperwork, and it was filled out incorrectly. My money is gone and I don't have a renewed passport.
