Ordered an AirPod replacement but it never showed up

I ordered a replacement AirPod from them. The whole time I was getting regular updates so I thought everything was fine. But the package just never got delivered.

I've sent so many emails and all I get back is the same autogenerated response every time. Nobody actually replies. Their website is usarenewed.com and their email is [email protected]. I lost $36 on this.
